Course Enrollment & Commencement

• Courses will begin within 48–72 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
• For specialized or rare language courses, commencement may take longer.
• It is the learner’s responsibility to stay available for communication via registered contact details.

Learning Structure & Curriculum

• Course content is structured but flexible based on the learner’s pace and understanding.
• Coverage of topics may vary depending on individual performance.
• Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours via official communication channels.

Study Material & Access

• All materials are digital and non-downloadable.
• Access to course content and recordings will be available for a limited duration (up to 3 months) after course completion.

Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Learners must attend classes as per the scheduled timing.
• Rescheduling is allowed only with prior notice:
  • Minimum 12–24 hours before class.
  • Limited to 10% of total classes.
• Missed classes without prior notice will be considered lapsed.

Trainer Allocation & Changes

• Trainers are assigned based on availability and expertise.
• Requests for trainer change are accepted only for valid reasons such as:
  • Poor teaching quality
  • Frequent rescheduling
  • Lack of punctuality
• Replacement may take 48–72 working hours.

Attendance & Punctuality

• Learners must join classes on time.
• Late joining will not result in extension of session time.
• Classes will be considered completed if missed without notice.

Class Recordings

• Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
• Recordings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in case of technical issues.

Course Validity & Expiry

• Each course has a defined validity period.
• Classes must be completed within this timeframe.
• No extensions or compensations will be provided beyond expiry.

Code of Conduct

• Learners must maintain respectful behavior during sessions.
• Any misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in:
  • Immediate termination of services
  • No refund eligibility

Transfer of Enrollment

• Learners may transfer remaining sessions to another individual (family/friend).
• Transfer requests must be made officially via email.
